HovaCAL® – Our allrounder


As a mobile unit or with one or several gas channels, with internal liquid measurement or for generating small concentrations, the HovaCAL® is a true allrounder. The areas of application range from the automotive industry to waste combustion systems, power plants and cement plants, all the way to gas monitoring in factories and in the workplace.

HovaCAL®

HovaCAL® stands for hot-vapor-calibration. HovaPOR evaporator technology is used to generate precise gas-vapor mixtures for checking gas analyzers and gas metering systems.

HovaCAL® digital MF

The HovaCAL® digital MF is a compact calibration gas generator for all gaseous components of emission monitoring with an integrated flow rate sensor for corrosive, aqueous liquids.

What makes HovaCAL® digital SP different from the other HovaCAL® units is its integrated, continuously working injection dosing pump, which allows for an extremely wide dosing range.

HovaCAL® VOC is an expanded version of the HovaCAL® digital SP. It is capable of producing smaller concentrations using a heated, integrated and stepped gas dilution system.

HovaGAS is a highly variable gas mixer capable of achieving extreme accuracy thanks to the combination of thermal mass flow measuring technology with digital electronics.

Special Units


If your requirements cannot be met by any of our standard units, we also build customized special units.
A special unit can be based on HovaCAL®, HovaPOR and HovaGAS or freely configured.
Tell us what you need, and we'll design the right unit, system or plant for you. And we're not afraid of custom engineering projects, either.
This might include, for example, hydrogen humidification for metallurgical processes, gas mixing plants for fuel gases, OEM modules for mercury calibration or generating explosive and hazardous material traces.
