HovaCAL® N 444-SPC
The HovaCAL® N 443-SPC is a precise calibration gas generator designed for producing calibration gases from dry gases, inorganic or organic solvents (VOCs), and water vapor. It is capable of maintaining a constant humidity level in the calibration gas.
It consists of a supply unit with dosing systems for liquids and gases, as well as two internal evaporators.
The system features integrated, continuously operating syringe dosing pumps for precise liquid dosing.
The syringe dosing pumps autonomously draw the liquid from the reservoir and function as high-precision volumetric dispensers. They are particularly well-suited for organic solvents, as all wetted components are made of PTFE and glass.
Simultaneously, mass flow controllers (MFCs) dose carrier gas or a gas mixture into the evaporator, where the liquid is completely vaporized and mixed with the gas.
The HovaCAL® N 443-SPC is equipped with a second pair of syringe dosing pumps and a second evaporator to humidify the calibration gas and maintain a constant humidity level.

Heated Line
For condensation-free transfer of the humidified test gas, the HovaDEW features a permanently installed heated line.
viewCAL N SP Software
The HovaCAL® N SP is operated via the viewCAL N SP software using a notebook or PC. The intuitive interface allows the input of total gas flow as well as inlet and outlet concentrations.
All measurement data is recorded and stored, and time-dependent concentration profiles can be created and executed.

The HovaCAL N SP is supplied with all necessary wear parts, which can also be ordered individually.
