HovaDEW
A rapid dew point sensor regulates the pump delivery rate to the desired target humidity.
HovaDEW is particularly suited to gas temperatures between 10 °C and 80 °C. The dew points can be up to 60 °C. Depending on the gas stream and dew point range, the HovaDEW method is custom-configured to the customer's requirements. We're happy to provide a consultation.

The HovaDEW is available in different variants:
- HovaDEW 022-SP for known gas flow
- HovaDEW 022-SP-RH for unknown gas flow
- HovaDEW 122-SP with a mass flow controller for gas
- HovaDEW 222-SP with two mass flow controllers for gas, for dilution and humidification of test gas
The HovaDEW always has two syringe dosing pumps. These work in push/pull operation, i.e. while one syringe is dosing, the second syringe is being filled. This results in a continuous liquid and vapour flow.
It always has two temperature control loops for the evaporator and a heated line.
The HovaDEW is adapted to the desired working range. This depends largely on the required total gas flow. Typical values are 60 l/h to 300 l/h.
HovaDEW is used wherever humidified test gas is required.

Heated line
The HovaDEW has a permanently installed heated line for condensation-free transfer of the humidified test gas.
viewDEW software
The HovaDEW is operated via the viewDEW software using a notebook or PC. Intuitive to use, it allows the input of the total gas flow as well as the desired humidity. All measurement data is recorded and stored. In addition, time-dependent concentration profiles can be created and run.

HovaDEW is supplied with all the necessary consumables. These can also be reordered individually.
